When you submit the estimate form we collect the name, phone number, property address or town, and project description you enter. We use that only to contact you about your fence project and to prepare a quote.

What we do not do
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties except service providers that help us run the business, such as our hosting, email, and scheduling tools, and only to the extent they need it to do that job.

What We Do With an Estimate Request
The estimate form asks for a name, a phone number, the town or address of the property, and what you need done. That is the minimum needed to call you back and turn up at the right place. There is no account to create, nothing to log in to, and no newsletter attached to the form.
A submission reaches us as an email. We use it to contact you about your enquiry and to prepare and follow up on your quote. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to a third party for their own marketing. If you decide not to go ahead, tell us and we will stop contacting you.
The site sets no advertising cookies of its own. WordPress may set a functional cookie if you leave a comment, and our caching layer may set a technical cookie to serve pages faster. Neither is used to build a profile of you.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call (256) 900-8518 or use the contact page and we will action it. If you ask for deletion we keep only what we are required to keep for tax and warranty records on work already completed.
