Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of this website. They do not replace the written contract for any fence work we do for you, which is a separate document you sign before the job starts.

Estimates and pricing

Prices, ranges, and timelines shown on this site are general guidance, not a quote. Your actual price comes from a written, itemized estimate after we measure your property. Material costs move, so an estimate is valid for the period stated on the estimate itself.

Permits, HOA, and property lines

We help prepare HOA submissions and check local requirements, but you are the property owner and remain responsible for confirming your property boundaries and for any HOA decision. If a survey is needed to settle a boundary question, that is arranged separately.

Quotes, Scheduling and Workmanship

Anything on this site, including the cost calculator, is information rather than an offer. The calculator gives a budget range built from typical installed pricing in this market; it is not a quote and does not bind either side. A price becomes real only when we have visited the property, measured it, and given you that number in writing.

A written estimate is valid for the period stated on it. Material prices move, and where they move enough to change the number before you accept, we will tell you rather than absorb it silently or spring it on you at invoice.

Scheduling depends on material lead time, weather and, in neighborhoods with an architectural review board, how long that approval takes. We give you a realistic window at the estimate and tell you promptly if something moves it. Ground conditions that could not be seen at the survey, such as shallow rock or a buried obstruction, are the one thing that can change scope after work starts, and we stop and talk to you before proceeding rather than adding it to the invoice.

Property boundaries are the owner’s responsibility to establish. We build to the line you identify. If a boundary is disputed or unmarked we will say so before digging, because moving a finished fence is expensive.

We call 811 for a utility locate on every job we install. That covers public utilities only; private lines such as irrigation, low-voltage lighting and pet-fence loops are not marked by 811, so tell us where yours run.

The specific terms of any workmanship warranty are set out on your written estimate and the agreement you sign before work begins. Those documents govern, not this page.
