The comments that come up most often are about the parts of the job that happen before anyone builds anything: that the quote was written down and itemized, that the number did not move between the estimate and the invoice, and that someone called back the same day.
The second thing people mention is the clean-up. Tear-out of an old fence produces a surprising amount of debris, old concrete footings included, and hauling it away is part of the job rather than something left in a pile by the gate.
